The board of directors shall consist of the officers of this local PTA/PTSA, the chairs of standing committees, the delegates to the PTA Council, and the principal of the school or a representative appointed by him/her. The president may appoint a parliamentarian (non-voting), subject to the approval of the executive committee of this local PTA/PTSA.
